Healthy Eating - Snacks

Good morning!
It's getting colder and darker at this time of the year. Soon we will have to take out the warm boots, wool socks, gloves, scarfs and drink more wodka... I'm just kidding, but maybe some green tea would be nice.?Anyway, healthy eating at this time of the year is a challenge. I tend to hibernate like the squirrels - I get tired and demotivated. forget the healthy stuf and the little bit of workout that I do. But, small changes, makes big difference, right? What I decided to do is to get some healthy delicious recipes, also some vegetarian recipes, some qucik, healthy and easy recipes. Try them out and if I like them, print them out and add them to my cookbook.
Some snacks that I like to eat:
Peanut butter dip with coconutflakes and apples cut out. You could also try pears or carrots.

Also If you have a garden, use whatever there is. We found these strawberries last month, when the sun was still shining here.
